Administrative Staff
Robert Fallbeck, MBA ~ Executive Director
Robert joined Voices Carry CAC as the Executive Director in December, 2017. He holds a BS from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
Robert has broad leadership experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations. During his 20 years in the corporate sector, he developed and led teams in marketing, sales, administration, information technology, and contract administration for state, national, and international organizations.
Robert is very excited about his mid-career return to mission-driven work. He is humbled and inspired to be supporting the remarkable people who work tirelessly to prevent abuse and to help children and families begin the journey from victims to survivors.

Forensic Services Staff
Johanna Reznicek, LPC ~ Forensic Services Director
Johanna joined the Voices Carry team in September 2018 with a passion for advocacy and working with children and youth. Johanna holds her Bachelor of Arts with Major in Psychology from Hastings College and a Masters of Counseling from Southwestern College. After graduating with her master’s degree, she began her career in a small nonprofit counseling organization and has since worked in a variety of settings providing services to individuals, groups and families in need of mental health services. Johanna’s career has been a balance between a leadership role and direct counseling experience with a strong advocacy component, training in trauma informed care and desire to do what is right because it is the right thing to do. Johanna looks forward to her role as the Forensic Services Director and while having the opportunity to conduct Forensic Interviews that are developmentally and culturally appropriate and legally defensible of children and adolescents alleging abuse and providing Family Advocacy services for non-offending caregivers.

Tera Stenson ~ Forensic Interviewer
Tera joined the Voices Carry team in May 2018. She received her Masters in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver in 2016 and graduated with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in 2012. She has a clinical background working with children and families in a variety of therapeutic settings. Previously, Tera worked as a Behavior Therapist providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Forensic Interviewer, Tera will focus on providing developmentally and culturally appropriate and legally defensible forensic interviews of children and adolescents alleging sexual abuse. As a Family Advocate, she will provide services to non-offending caregivers of children who have been interviewed.

Gail Slack ~ Forensic Interviewer & Family Advocate
Gail is thrilled to be joining the Voices Carry team in December 2019. She received her Masters in Social Work from Southern Illinois University–Carbondale. She started her career as a Counselor with adolescents in a residential treatment setting in Illinois. Gail previously worked as the Client Services Director where she provided direct supervision of the Social Services Department. Most recently, Gail worked in the office at an elementary school after being a stay at home parent.
As a Forensic Interviewer, Gail will focus on providing developmentally and culturally appropriate and legally defensible interviews of children and adolescents alleging sexual abuse. As a Family Advocate, she will provide services to non–offending caregivers of the children who have been interviewed.
Gail enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking and reading as much as she can.
Prevention Staff
Ana Pasini ~ Bilingual School-Based and Adult Prevention Educator
Ana is thrilled to be returning to Voices Carry where she started working in 2004 as a Bilingual Family Advocate. She is passionate about facilitating child sexual abuse prevention programs for children and adults in both English and Spanish. During her break from Voices Carry, she worked at the Food Bank for Larimer County and Head Start. She earned her B.A. in Spanish and Psychology from CSU. Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her two daughters, running, hiking, and fostering dogs from Animal House.

Staci Clark ~ School-Based Prevention Educator
Staci Clark is excited to be a part of the amazing team at Voices Carry teaching Safety Smarts in the schools. She received a B.A. from New Mexico State University in communication disorders in 1998 and then went on to receive her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology in 2000 from the University of Northern Colorado. Staci worked as an SLP in Albuquerque, N.M. for 3 years and in Greenville, South Carolina for 5 years with children and adults with developmental disabilities while her husband was completing his medical training. They have lived in Fort Collins for 7 years and she has been a stay at home mom to 3 children, Maddie, Audrey, and Mason. Now that her own children are back in school, she is looking forward to using her skills again to teach this very important child abuse prevention program!

Helen Kaplan, LSW ~ School-Based Prevention Educator
Helen started at Voices Carry in November of 2015. She received her M.S.W from University of Denver in 1989. Prior to working with the Child Advocacy Center, she was a School Social Worker/Counselor for Poudre School District for 21 years. Afterwards, she went on to be a substitute teacher in the district. She is looking forward to teaching Safety Smarts in the Poudre School District elementary schools.

Melissa McKean ~ Abuse Prevention Instructor
Melissa joined Voices Carry in the spring of 2018. She received her B.A. in Design at San Jose State University, California in 1994 and has been working in early childhood and elementary school education since 1995. She taught preschool, pre-kindergarten, and created a school-aged art program at a children’s academy. Melissa was a Montessori pre-k and kindergarten assistant teacher, and trained staff in Positive Guidance Strategies. She developed and operated a summer camp and created an inclusive and confidence building program for elementary aged children. Melissa is trained in Filial Play Therapy, is a certified facilitator of Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children® program, and currently participates in the Colorado Department of Education PDIS.
